About TBHA
Timber Bend is an upscale neighborhood in eastern Hendricks County, Indiana, just west of Indianapolis. The subdivision is located in Washington Township in the town of Avon.
The Timber Bend Homeowners' Association is a voluntary organization that exists to enhance the long-term value of our neighborhood and provide a pleasant place to call home. While the association's primary mission is to oversee the covenants and restrictions recorded at the time of its initial development, the Association handles other responsibilities such as the maintenance of our three entryways. Our association is managed by a Board of Directors which oversees these activities and its various Committees: The Architectural & Environmental Control Committee ensures the entryway maintenance as well as monitors construction projects to ensure compliance with their applicable neighborhood covenants. |
The Website Committee maintains and updates this website.
The Welcoming Committee contacts and welcomes new homeowners as they move into our community. Other active participants publish the TimberView, our neighborhood newsletter, on a periodic basis. The Timber Bend Homeowners' Association is made possible by the active dues-paying members and the volunteer efforts of our Board and Committee members. |
